Verse Innovation appoints Rohit Sandal as CHRO

VerSe Innovation, the parent company of Dailyhunt and short-video platform Josh, has appointed Rohit Sandal as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Sandal brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across global technology and consumer companies, having held senior roles in Microsoft, Lenovo, and others. At VerSe Innovation, he will be responsible for driving end-to-end HR strategy, including talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational culture, and employee engagement. His appointment comes at a critical time as VerSe Innovation strengthens its position in India’s digital ecosystem, scaling Dailyhunt’s news aggregation platform and Josh’s short-form video app. Sandal’s leadership will focus on aligning HR practices with the company’s fast-paced, innovation-driven growth model, embedding a culture of agility and inclusivity. His global experience will also be key in building systems to attract and retain top talent, ensuring VerSe Innovation remains competitive in India’s dynamic digital-first economy.
