Mridul Chandra appointed CHRO of Tata Tele Business Services

Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS), part of the Tata Group’s enterprise solutions arm, has appointed Mridul Chandra as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Chandra, with more than two decades of HR leadership, has experience across telecom, IT services, and consumer industries, making him well-placed to support TTBS’s transformation.

His mandate includes driving HR strategy to enable digital-first enterprise solutions, workforce agility, capability building, and employee engagement. At TTBS, Chandra will lead initiatives across talent acquisition, rewards, performance management, diversity & inclusion, and HR digitization, aligning HR practices with Tata Group values and future business needs.

His appointment comes at a time when TTBS is scaling cloud, IoT, and cybersecurity solutions for Indian enterprises. Chandra’s focus will be on building a resilient, innovative workforce that can partner with businesses to deliver customer success.
