Realistic Realtors has appointed Shuchi Choubey as Chief Human Resources Officer to support the next phase of scale with a people-first, capability-rich agenda. Bringing 20+ years of experience across HR strategy, organizational transformation, and inclusive culture building, Choubey’s remit spans Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Engagement, D&I, and HR Ops. Prior to this, she served as Director – HR at ANAROCK Property Consultants, and earlier held roles with Reliance Communications, Barclays, Marriott International, First Gulf Bank, Deutsche Bank, and Airtel, a cross-industry arc that equips her for a complex, growth-stage environment. At Realistic Realtors, she will focus on leadership pipelines, performance enablement, agile operating models, and experience-led HR that supports rapid business diversification.
