PNB Housing Finance has appointed Satish Singh as Chief People Officer to lead HR transformation, digital initiatives, and culture building.
PNB Housing Finance Ltd (PNBHFL) has named Satish Singh as its new Chief People Officer (CPO). Singh, a seasoned HR leader with more than 25 years of experience, will be tasked with driving HR transformation at one of India’s largest housing finance companies.
His role includes talent strategy, leadership development, employee engagement, digital HR transformation, and organizational culture building. Singh has previously worked across BFSI and housing finance, bringing deep sector knowledge to his new role.
At PNBHFL, he will oversee HR practices for a workforce spanning multiple geographies, aligning them with the company’s business priorities in affordable housing and digital lending. His appointment comes at a time when PNBHFL is focusing on profitability, governance, and innovation, requiring HR to be both a strategic and operational enabler.
