Fibe.India has appointed Monica Anshul Mishra as
Chief Human Resources Officer, reinforcing the company’s people and culture
charter as it scales digital lending and consumer-finance solutions. As CHRO,
Mishra will steer the full HR lifecycle, workforce planning, talent
acquisition, learning and development, succession, and organization design,
ensuring that HR systems are simple, data-informed, and aligned with business
priorities. The agenda emphasizes manager capability, contemporary performance
architecture, and transparent rewards that connect contribution with
recognition. With rapid product and geographic expansion, the role also
prioritizes hiring engines that balance speed and quality, structured
onboarding to shorten time-to-productivity, and career pathways that retain
critical skills. On culture, Mishra will focus on inclusion, wellbeing, and
ethical conduct, codifying norms that help teams operate with clarity in a
regulated sector. Compliance, audits, and policy hygiene will be built into day-to-day
ways of working so growth remains disciplined. HR analytics, attrition heat
maps, skills inventories, hiring funnel health, engagement scores, will inform
decisions and illuminate trade-offs. Externally, the function will refine
employer branding to attract engineering, analytics, risk, and operations
talent. Internally, it will strengthen collaboration across product, risk, and
collections with crisp handoffs and shared metrics. By treating HR as an
operating system, Mishra’s mandate is to make scale repeatable and humane, so
teams ship faster, leaders coach better, and customers feel the benefit in
reliable, compliant experiences.
