FINDI has appointed Randeep Singh as Group CHRO to lead people and culture strategy across its fintech businesses, driving talent, agility, and HR transformation as the company expands nationally and gears up for IPO.
FINDI, a fintech and financial access infrastructure company, has appointed Randeep Singh as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective June 26, 2025. Singh brings over 23 years of cross-sector global HR experience and joins at a pivotal moment as FINDI embarks on national expansion and prepares for an IPO.
In his new role, Singh will oversee the people and culture strategy across all FINDI’s verticals, including FindiATM (formerly Indicash), Transaction Solutions International (TSI), FindiBANKIT, and Unified Banking Centres.
He is charged with building cohesive talent architecture, scaling culture and HR tech, promoting organizational agility, and establishing people practices ready for a publicly listed environment.
Before joining FINDI, Singh held senior HR roles at PwC, Macquarie, Essar, and Reliance Retail, spanning domestic and global markets, including the US, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. He also co-founded and scaled HONO, an HR tech venture operating across 10 countries. Those experiences underpin his ability to lead transformation in times of scale.
FINDI currently employs 1,000+ people across India in its various business arms. With recent acquisitions, such as Tata Communications’ White Label ATM business (now FindiATM) and BANKIT (now FindiBANKIT, FINDI is consolidating its fintech infrastructure footprint and amplifying its reach. Building an HR engine that can support rapid growth, maintain cohesion, and uphold regulatory and operational standards is central to its next phase. Singh’s elevation signals FINDI’s recognition that people culture, HR systems, and leadership capabilities are strategic imperatives in IPO readiness and sustainable growth.
