Acharya, with over two decades of HR leadership, brings expertise in talent transformation, employee engagement, wellness, and cultural change management.
At Schneider, she will focus on building a people-first environment that balances business performance with employee well-being, ensuring high levels of productivity, engagement, and inclusion. Her new role combines HR leadership with a special focus on wellbeing, reflecting Schneider’s belief that mental, physical, and emotional health are central to performance.
Acharya’s previous experience at firms like Intel and Dell equips her to lead HR transformation in fast-moving technology-driven environments.
