Shreyans Vasa Joins CAVITAK as Director – Security & Emerging Technologies

CAVITAK has announced the appointment of Shreyans Vasa as Director – Security & Emerging Technologies, marking a strategic step in strengthening its innovation and technology leadership. With over 16 years of experience in the Security & Fire Safety domain, Shreyans brings a rich blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and industry foresight. A B.Tech. graduate from Nirma University and a PGDBA holder from IBMI, his career has been defined by driving innovation, leading business growth, and delivering transformative security solutions across sectors.

Shreyans has held key leadership roles at Suprema Inc., Honeywell, Adani Power, Matrix Comsec, and Tech Mahindra. At Suprema, he served as Country Manager for India and later for SAARC nations, where he successfully managed P&L responsibilities, expanded regional operations, and developed new business opportunities. His tenure at Honeywell and Adani Power further deepened his specialization in fire and security systems, compliance, and infrastructure solutions, while his time at Matrix Comsec enhanced his strategic capabilities in access control and enterprise-grade security technologies.

Beyond corporate leadership, Shreyans is an active contributor to industry associations. He serves as Joint Secretary at FSAI (Fire & Security Association of India), Vadodara Chapter, and is a Youth Member at ISHRAE, collaborating with stakeholders across the ecosystem, from system integrators and consultants to government authorities and end-users. His passion for enterprise security is reflected in his focus on Biometrics, RFID & Mobile, Cybersecurity, GDPR compliance, and AI-driven solutions such as facial recognition and predictive analytics for mission-critical infrastructures like data centers, R&D facilities, and manufacturing hubs.

Shreyans has received multiple accolades, including BW Security World – 40 under 40, Suprema Global Rising Star Award, SmartTech Asia Strategic Partner 2025, and Honeywell’s Bravo Award. He has also been featured as a keynote speaker at the Global AI Summit & Awards in New Delhi and as a panelist at global forums such as ASIS and GCC summits.
