Vee Healthtek welcomes Anish Philip as Chief People Officer, joining the executive team to steer people strategy, leadership capability, and organizational development.
Anish began his career at EY and is a Symbiosis Institute of Management alumnus. Anish’s track record spans Movate (CPO), Marlabs (CHRO), Sasken (Head – HR), and extensive leadership at Mindtree, where he helped institutionalize global HR frameworks and scale business‑aligned talent programs.
He has also served the HR community as honorary
secretary of NHRDN’s Bengaluru chapter. In his present role, Anish will elevate
hiring, engagement, and retention while enabling a high‑performance culture
that supports client outcomes and long‑term growth.
