CMS IT Services has named Alex Augustine its Chief People Officer, marking a return to the company where he previously served (2010–2016) as SVP & Head of HR. With 30+ years in HR across ISS Facility Services India, Ingram Micro, AVT McCormick Ingredients, and Taj Hotels, Augustine brings a depth of experience in talent strategy, culture, and transformation. His appointment, which he framed as part of “CMS 2.0”—a performance-first transformation initiative backed by Florintree Advisors, prioritizes leadership development, frontline capability building, and data-driven people operations to support tech services growth. Most recently CPO & Head – Distribution Business at WayCool Foods, he has led complex org-design and scale-up agendas in high-growth contexts. At CMS IT Services, Augustine is tasked with sharpening employer value propositions, strengthening career pathways, and aligning HR systems to a delivery model oriented around automation, cloud, and managed services.
