L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering (LTHE), a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, has appointed Sachin Bordavekar as its new Head of Human Resources. Bordavekar brings extensive experience in HR across engineering and project-based industries. At LTHE, he will be responsible for talent planning, capability development, workforce engagement, and HR transformation, ensuring people practices support large-scale infrastructure and energy projects.
HR leadership is critical in EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) businesses, where complex project execution requires agile workforce management and strong compliance frameworks.
