With over 20 years of HR experience across engineering and automotive sectors, Singh will lead initiatives to build leadership pipelines, strengthen organizational culture, and embed learning frameworks.
His appointment reflects Volvo’s emphasis on aligning people strategy with future-ready mobility solutions, as the company invests in electrification, digital technologies, and sustainable transport. Singh’s role will include designing and implementing programs around succession planning, leadership assessment, capability development, and organizational agility.
Prior to Volvo, he held leadership positions in HR across large MNCs, equipping him with cross-cultural insights.
