Education and Early Career
Born on May 22, 1961, in Morocco, Aiman Ezzat holds a Master’s degree in chemical engineering from École Supérieure de Chimie Physique Électronique de Lyon in France and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. Before joining Capgemini, he gained international experience in the chemical and petroleum industries, which gave him both technical expertise and a global business outlook.
Journey to CEO
Ezzat joined Capgemini in 1991 and built his career across multiple leadership roles. After serving as Deputy Director of Strategy (2005–2007), he became CEO of the Financial Services Global Business Unit (2008–2012), driving growth in one of the company’s largest divisions. From 2012 to 2018, he was Chief Financial Officer, earning recognition as “Best European CFO” in 2017.
