Preeta Bahugune serves as Vice President – People Function at Vee Technologies, bringing more than 25 years of experience in global and cross-regional human resources leadership. Her career spans diverse geographies including India, ASEAN, Australia, Singapore, and the Philippines, with engagements alongside CXOs across APAC, EMEA, and the US.
She is recognized for her work in designing and implementing future-ready HR operating models, building and scaling agile talent frameworks, and fostering cultures of inclusion, trust, and performance. Her expertise covers HR strategies that enable business transformation, digital innovation, and organizational growth across technology-driven industries.
Preeta holds a PGDBM degree from SIMSREE, Mumbai, and has previously worked with organizations such as Altair, PA Consulting Group, and others. As the new leader of Vee Technologies, Preeta continues to cultivate a workplace where talent thrives and innovation flourishes.
