over 17 years of diverse HR leadership experience, Rajesh brings a strong
foundation in talent strategy, organizational development, and blended learning
solutions.
His career spans respected organizations such as Vedantu,
Prime Focus Technologies, Allianz, Hinduja Global Solutions, Infosys, and
Accenture, where he consistently led transformative HR initiatives across
varied industries. In his most recent role as Associate Vice President – HR at
Vedantu, Rajesh successfully led the people strategy for over 2,000 employees.
His tenure was marked by impactful achievements, including offline workforce
expansion, a 60% reduction in hiring time, and the rollout of learning and
development programs that significantly improved employee Net Promoter Scores
(eNPS) and organizational capability.
At Prime Focus Technologies, he strengthened leadership
readiness and drove high-impact learning interventions, while his earlier roles
at Allianz, Infosys, and Accenture helped shape his expertise in HR operations
and talent development. Recognized in BW HR 40 Under 40 (2024), Rajesh is known
for blending strategic foresight with executional excellence. His ability to
