Mahajan brings over two decades of HR leadership in manufacturing and industrial sectors. At Aequs, he will drive HR transformation to support the company’s multi-sectoral expansion. His responsibilities include workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership pipeline development across Aequs’ aerospace SEZ and other business clusters.
