Joshi brings two decades of HR experience across technology and consulting firms. Prior to Qualcomm, she held leadership roles at Accenture, SAP, and Cognizant, where she specialized in HR strategy, business partnering, and organizational design. In her new role, Joshi will lead HRBP functions, aligning people strategy directly with Qualcomm’s fast-paced innovation in 5G, AI, and semiconductor solutions.
Her focus will be on talent engagement, leadership development, performance systems, and workforce planning. With Qualcomm India being a critical hub for R&D and design, HR leadership is vital to attract top talent and sustain innovation pipelines.
