Naveen Koona Promoted as Associate Director – AEC Services at Vee Technologies

Naveen began his career with Vee Technologies as a Lead Engineer and holds the distinction of being the first employee of AEC Services. Joining at a time when the function was still evolving, he played a foundational role in building and scaling the team into a strong and dynamic group of over 200 professionals.

Over the years, Naveen has consistently demonstrated dedication, leadership, and a strong commitment to operational excellence. His ability to bring teams together, coupled with his hands-on approach to problem-solving, has helped drive operational efficiency and build high-performing teams across the organization.

He has successfully managed complex responsibilities across retail program management services and data center consulting, earning recognition for delivering dependable and meaningful business outcomes.

Speaking about his journey, Naveen acknowledged the guidance and support of his mentors and leadership team. He especially credited Dr. Subrahmanya Sastry as a key influence whose focus on developing people and leading with strong principles has significantly shaped his leadership style.
