Anatomic Pathology Workflow Software
HALO AP delivers case-centric digital pathology slide management, collaboration, and artificial intelligence capabilities to your Anatomic Pathology lab.
The browser-based, CE-marked HALO AP interface provides anywhere, anytime access to digital slides for remote sign-out, secondary consultations, tumor boards as well as quantitative IHC and AI workflows. With LIS/LIMS integration, multiple deployment options and end-to-end implementation support, Indica Labs makes it easy for your Anatomic Pathology lab to go fully digital with HALO AP.
CASE-CENTRIC WORKFLOW
HALO AP automatically organizes images and meta-data into cases which are assigned to pathologists. An ergonomic case-viewer integrates digital slides, quantitative data, synoptic reports, gross details, and patient information. Links to prior related cases allow for rapid retrieval of patient history.
SYNOPTIC REPORTING
Whether you’re following CAP or ICCR guidelines, or designing your own proprietary reporting templates, HALO AP allows you to develop structured synoptic reports that facilitate efficient collection of high quality histopathology scoring data. Score templates are matched to each case by indication.
HALO PROSTATE AI
AI-Powered Diagnostic
HALO Prostate AI, from Indica Labs, is a CE-IVD certified deep learning based screening tool designed to assist pathologists in the identification and grading of prostate cancer in core needle biopsies. The algorithm automatically analyzes all appropriate case slides and notifies pathologists of cases with suspected findings directly in their native workflow.
COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS
The algorithm reports a comprehensive set of results and markups, including cancer detection and localization, tumor size, Gleason grading, the presence of high-grade PIN and intraductal carcinoma.
