CONVENE RECORDS

Convene Records is a web-based document management solution with user configurable workflow management feature for keeping and tracking electronic records and documents. It provides functions for user to define the workflow of document exchange and approval process, and support the filing, retrieval, distribution, archiving and version control of all types of document (including multi-media files). Convene Records enables business to automate the management of electronic records and documents, and thus facilitate information sharing in the organization.

CENTROPURCHASE

CentroPurchase is an online system that offers an easy, practical and fast way of doing the entire purchasing process – from requisition, maintenance of supplier information, grading and selection of suppliers, pricing, contracts, multi-level checking and approval, placing of orders, to coordination of delivery.

CentroPurchase streamlines the meticulous process of purchasing from requisition to delivery by enabling users from clerks to managers to do their jobs better. With the system, information is easily shared not only among internal staff but also among external suppliers, so orders are taken more efficiently to promptly meet schedules.

ICUBED™

iCubed™ is a proprietary technology solution for global intellectual property information access. iCubed™ was designed and developed by Convene SG (formerly named “BIGontheNet”), Azeus’ sister company. One of the projects involving the deployment of iCubed™ is the SurfIP portal developed for the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (“IPOS”). The portal won the US prestigious Trailblazer award for innovative use of the Internet in e-government.

iCubed™ is the first web search categorization engine or software, providing a singular point of access to consolidated, meaningful and hierarchical search results across multiple search engines. The engine can be used for library services, intellectual property registries, or any service that requires fast categorized search on the Internet.

SurfIP portal provides a one-stop, web-based cross-lingual intellectual property information access solution for global IP information access (>120 sources worldwide) and helps users retrieve comprehensive and integrated IP information from patent databases. Most major patent offices content are featured on SurfIP (including WIPO, EPO, UK-PTO, JPO), either linked to or affiliated to SurfIP.
