Although visiting the emergency room is never enjoyable, having excellent care from nurses and staff made the experience much more bearable. We received excellent service. Minutes after arrival, we were in a room. Within minutes of arriving in my room, I was being treated. I received genuine care and kindness from all of the nurses and personnel, as well as sympathy. I do not have any grievances.
