I had an average experience with Infirmary Health Urgent Care. The staff was polite, and the facility was clean, but the wait time was longer than I expected. The care provided was adequate, though I felt the communication about my treatment could have been more detailed. Overall, it's an acceptable option for urgent care, but needs to be improved.
