The Regular Expression Search Accelerator board (RegEx) is an x8 lane PCIe add-on card used for regular expression pattern
matching. The board does deep packet inspection on Layer-7 content using FPGA on the data that it receives from the network.
It is designed in standard PCIe form factor. The board finds application in the network security domain.
