Patient can self-schedule a telehealth encounter with Bridge Scheduling by selecting the provider, date, and type of appointment in the Bridge Portal.
Before the appointment, the patient receives a notification to begin the intake / check-in process.
Patient completes the intake process by confirming and updating their demographic, insurance, health history, and payment information, in addition to completing any required consent forms, screeners, and agreements.
Patient is automatically sent to the Zoom session upon completion of the intake process.
