Bitrix24 Contact Center has a connection to all major communication channels. As a classic call center, it features telephony. There is a full range of telephony tools like voicemail, canned responses, call forwarding, routing, recording and many others. You can rent or buy a new phone number from the telephony or connect existing ones.
All incoming calls and messages are attached to existing CRM elements or generate new leads. The same is true for all other communication channels. There are emails, instant messengers and more.
