Duplicate Identification & Resolution

Duplicate record prevention is the cornerstone of data integrity and is provided in all tiers of AMSA Connect. Duplicates are flagged and quarantined for resolution at processing. AMSA Connect’s custom forms allow organizations to replace the functionality of a custom WebAdvisor, or other obsolete process for data collection and or processing. Any custom form includes reports and analytics related to the data being collected. These forms can be created by organizational staff as well. (Training provided)

Document Management

AMSA Connect, can provide real-time PDF reports and statements such as Transcripts, Purchase Orders, and Invoices, from institutions Colleague or Slate data. These PDF reports are available to be emailed to the target party directly.

Background Checking

With background checking from AMSA Connect, organizations can leverage valuable information in the hiring process, to help decrease on-boarding time. Background checks like other enhancements options are available for data in transit are processed, and data extracted from Slate or Colleague directly for processing in batch.
